1. What are Giraffe Transport's operational hours?
Our operational hours for scheduling rides are:

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 AM (Sunday)
  • Sunday: 1:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Midnight)
    Rides can still be pre-booked for times outside of these hours.

2. Can I book rides outside of operational hours?
Yes, you can pre-book rides during our operational hours, and we’ll ensure a driver is available for your requested time, even outside these hours. To schedule a ride after hours, please use our booking page.

3. Special Events or Requests
For special events or custom requests outside our regular hours, please contact us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.


You can easily book a ride with Giraffe Transport by texting 'RIDE' to +18335897933. We will send you a quote, and once your ride is confirmed, we'll send all the details. We’re available for immediate bookings during our operational hours, and rides can be pre-booked for after-hours.

 Hourly Rates:

  • We offer competitive hourly rates for both sedans and SUVs, perfect for customers who need flexibility or multiple stops during their journey.
  • For longer trips or multiple destinations, hourly bookings may offer the best value.


Point-to-Point Pricing:

  • Our pricing for point-to-point rides (e.g., between Nashville and nearby cities like Franklin or Murfreesboro) includes a base fare plus a per-mile charge.
  • This structure ensures transparency and fairness, adjusting for the distance of each trip.

Wait Time Fees:

  • We provide a grace period for wait times at regular and airport pickups. After that, additional wait fees apply per minute, ensuring drivers are compensated fairly.


 At Giraffe Transport, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and luxurious ride-hailing experience. To ensure clarity and fairness for both our clients and chauffeurs, we have established the following cancellation policy for reserved black car rides:

Cancellation Window

  • Free Cancellation: Customers can cancel their reserved ride without any penalty up to 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation Fees

  • Within 60 Minutes of Pickup: If a reservation is canceled within 60 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee equal to the full estimated fare of the ride will be charged. This policy compensates our drivers for their time and effort in preparing for and traveling to the pickup location.

No-Show Fees

  • Driver Waiting Time: If the driver arrives at the scheduled pickup location and waits for 15 minutes without the customer showing up, the driver has the right to cancel the ride. In this case, the customer will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the full estimated fare of the ride.

Exceptions

  • Driver Delays: If the driver is significantly delayed or has not made progress towards the pickup location within a reasonable time frame, cancellation fees may be waived.
  • Driver-Initiated Cancellations: If the driver cancels the ride for any reason, the customer will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Refunds

At Giraffe Transport, we are committed to delivering the best customer service. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged a cancellation fee, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team. We will review your case promptly and work with you to resolve any issues. Our goal is to ensure that every customer has a positive experience, and we are always willing to address and rectify any concerns.

Booking and Modifications

  • Advance Booking: Customers can schedule rides in advance, with the flexibility to modify or cancel the reservation as needed, following the guidelines above.
  • Ride Preferences: Customers can specify ride preferences, including temperature settings, conversation levels, and luggage requirements, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience.
